Main toolbar
The main (horizontal) toolbar allows you to select a section of the site.
When you click a button on the main toolbar it appears depressed (the poor thing!), indicating which section of the site you are in.
Secondary toolbar
When a section of the site contains multiple pages, a secondary (vertical) toolbar displays on the right of the page allowing you to select pages within that section. The page you are on is highlighted.
